Precision Valve Components Casting
Neocast Alloys is a leader in precision valve components casting. Delivering near-net shape trims, discs, and stems that require minimal machining and provide absolute flow control.
Precision Internals We Cast
As an advanced valve casting parts manufacturer, we focus heavily on the complex internal components (the trim) that are vital for fluid regulation and shut-off.

The Near-Net Shape Advantage
In industrial valve manufacturing, the internal trim components—made from exceedingly hard martensitic stainless steels or high-nickel alloys—are notoriously difficult and expensive to machine. This is where precision valve components casting changes the economics of production.
By utilizing the investment casting (lost wax) process, we achieve near-net shape accuracy. We can cast highly intricate custom alloy stems, control plugs, and wedges with excellent surface finishes right out of the mold, eliminating the need for heavy rough machining.
As an ISO and PED certified foundry, our precision metal casting parts are supplied to global flow control OEMs either as raw, high-accuracy castings or fully CNC-machined, ready-to-assemble components.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.What tolerances can you achieve on precision valve components?
Using the investment casting (lost wax) process, we consistently achieve dimensional tolerances of ±0.1mm (CT4-CT6 standards). This precision drastically reduces or entirely eliminates the need for rough machining on the raw casting.
Q.Why is precision casting important for valve trims?
Valve trims (the internal wet parts like discs and seat rings) dictate the sealing capability of the valve. Precision casting ensures near-perfect geometry before final lapping, ensuring absolute shut-off and prolonged wear life in high-velocity flows.
Q.Do you supply fully machined and ready-to-assemble valve parts?
Yes. Our facility features an advanced CNC machine shop. We take our precision castings and perform the final turning, threading, and flange facing so the components can be installed directly into your valve assemblies.
Q.Are your valve components traceable?
Absolutely. As an ISO 9001:2015 and PED certified foundry, every single casting heat is analyzed using an OES spectrometer and given a unique heat number for 100% material traceability, backed by EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
